Esports Entertainment Group signed two marketing agreements with Infamous Gaming, Peru's largest esports organisation, and Movistar Liga Pro Gaming league, one of the fastest-growing esports leagues in Latin America. The annual growth of over 17% of the Esports market in the region explains the company's decision to expand its VIE.bet betting brand.
The startup Driven, that had to deviate from carpooling service to personnel transport service due to the pandemic, has reached over $2.3 million soles ($623,000) in cumulative operations. The first Peruvian exchange traded fund to be listed on the Lima Stock Exchange (BVL) is expected to close 2021 with investments between $300 million and $500 million. This fund aims to attract both local and international investors thanks to its diversified composition with 48%, 31% and 21% respectively in the mining, finance and domestic consumption sectors.
