Nexa Resources to invest $48 mn in its Peruvian copper project

Brazilian Nexa Resources is planning to invest $48 million to update its Magistral copper project in Peru, following the recent price record of the red metal. This Peruvian operation is estimated to produce 50,000 tons per year. Copper will be essential in the development of clean energy and electric vehicle as it plays a role in the electrical conduction.
